Premiere Pro Error 102

I can’t use the applications because it shows error 102. Anti-virus protection on the computer is disabled, the host has checked everything is ok.

@jane-e, that's a licensing/connection error, not a premiere pro error.

This was in Premiere Pro, not Using the Community, Keith. Are you using the wrong macro?

no, it was moved from community to premier.
