Hi, I'm having trouble with my Adobe account. A while ago, I received a suspicious email claiming my computer was using counterfeit software (I've never used counterfeit software). My prepaid Creative Cloud Pro subscription was canceled, and I tried to activate a new code, but I keep getting the error: "This page is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. An error occurred. If the problem persists, contact customer support to verify the code." Technical support was unable to help.

If your subscription was canceled then the email might have been sent from Adobe. Did the customer support confirm it? If yes then what reason did they give you if you were a valid subscriber? I ask this to affirm if the account is banned totally and that is the reason new code is not working.
