Problem with update to InDesign 18.2.1

In the CC app it says "Not compatible" next to the newest version of InDesign. In the pop up window it says I have to update to Windows 10 for it to work, but it is updated (Windows 10.0.19041). Further down it lists some versions of Windows 10 that is not compatible with InDesign 18, but I have none of them.

What could be the problem here?

How do you manage to have a version of Windows that is 3 years old. My version updates all the time, and so can't stop it (only delay it). Is your computer set up by your company?

As far as I understand my version of Windows 10 is compatible with InDesign. Only a few Windows 10 versions are not compatible, and my isn't one of them.

Yes, my computer is setup by my employer and Windows update routine is very delayed.

No, it is NOT. You have 2004 and that is clearly not included in supported Windows 10 versions. The earliest supported version is 20H2. Your IT people need to update that machine. It's three years behind and at this point probably has more than its share of security holes in it.

you don't have an updated win 10 version and the win 10 version you do have fails to meet the latest id specs, https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/system-requirements.html

You need to update Windows. Pretty simple to do from Windows Update.
