problem z aktywacją Adobe CS5 Photoshop Extended

I've been using Adobe CS5 Photoshop Extended on two computers. I deactivated the license on one (Photoshop - Help - Deactivation), but I'm still using the program on the other.
I'm trying to activate the product on the new computer (meaning I have one active installation and want to run the second), but the program says I have too many active copies, which is not true.
What should I do?

CS5 was built in 2010 to run on Win XP/Vista/Win7, not Windows 11.

Technology & computers have changed a lot in 15 years, but CS5 hasn't kept pace with those changes.

NOTE: MS is ending Win10 in October. Apple will release macOS Tahoe later this year.

Hope that helps.

Right, this is my first computer with Windows 11 and Photoshop.

your current os is not relevant to the need for deactivation of cs5 on another computer.  it will be relevant if you have trouble installing cs5 on your win 11 computer but activation there won't be a problem once your activation count permits it.

to successfully deactivate the computer used must have an updated os and probably updated default browser.

The browser and system are up to date, the reason must be somewhere else.

that is possible.  there are many reasons that can cause failure to convey data to adobe's servers.

here are some:
