Bonjour

Moi non plus impossible d'annuler mon abonnement ! Aucun bouton direct pour l'annuler. Cela fait deux mois depuis mon déménagement que je tente de mettre fin à mon abonnement Adobe. C'est une honte ! Merci de me désabonner.

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue, I cannot unsubscribe my adobe creative cloud account. I've tried to reach Adobe by email, chat or phone (FR and US), no answer. Furthermore the link they ask to follow redirects to fake solutions or tutorials with no existing "unsubscribe button".

I'm really upset to find out a solution to unsubscribe, this is really not acceptable from Adobe.

Does someone can help me as, of course, my automatic subscription is coming with no way out....

En ayant contacté le support, ils ont résiliés mon abonnement directement même si ils ont tenté de m'en dissuader en m'invitant à discuter avec l'équipe technique. Le chat support est rapide mais je reste sur ma position en disant qu'on ne devrait pas avoir à discuter avec quelqu'un pour résilier son abonnement.

Hi , I still can't find a way to resign... the button "cancel" doesn't exist .. do you know any other solution ??
