Hello Sheena

Thank you for your help, but now it stuck on 99% Updating CC.

I uninstalled all the Adobe applications, restarted the machine, and installed the CC desktop.

Do you have an another idea?

Adva are you able to use the remainder of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application successfully?  What operating system are you utilizing the Creative Cloud desktop app on?
