Reactivation of CS5.5

Few days back my Motherboard burned and I replace the motherboard . After that when I start working on my Adobe creative suite Master Collection 5.5 it asked me to activate and putting the serial number it is refusing to activate it .

Regarding this I reach to customer care chat and have a chat but the guy  can not help as he wants the recipt of the purchased suite , now after 8 years of purchased , i do not have it . 

How to reactivate it or is there any way that i talk to someone higher up and solve this matter.

Guys help me out .  ( I have all original Box with original cd set  etc  and using it from last 8 years without any problem and manytimes i have activated earlier lso without any problem of  anykind)).
