REDEEM PAGE BROKEN FOR DAYS

Question

The redeem page has not worked for at least two days. "https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial"

No matter what I do the page is stuck on a loading screen. (some small squares rotating)

Have tried on 3 different browsers.

Have tried different computers.

Adobe had no problem taking my money. I have no software to show for it. When will this be fixed?

Don't tell me to check the status page because they all show green when clearly they are not.
