reformatted hard drive, still can't install

trying to install, it gave me usual "case-sensitive issue" so i reformatted my hard drive and it still stays i am case sensitive but i am not? don't know what to do.... any help would be great thanks!

    i did a bit more looking and see that it is still case-sensitive....is it possible to not make it case sensitive so that i can install?
