Says too many devices activated then shows zero devices under activated devices

I run Acrobat on my work laptop and PC. For some reason, after I formatted my PC and tried to install Acrobat again it says The serial number XXX_XXX_XXX_XXX is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 29 days to use this product.

 

Since it is showing no activated devices, how do I deactivate it?

Acrobat with a Serial number would be a very old version (not supported by Adobe), so Activation & Deactivation can only be done by Adobe staff via Chat with an Adobe Agent- as suggested in this link:
