Student education discount removed while still in school

In January my adobe switched to full price. It turns out it randomly switched my education status to graduated. I fixed my educational status but how do I get my discount back. And how do I get credited for the 3 months I was charged full price while being a full time student.

Also, my school just updated so that adobe comes "free" (it's paid by our lab fees) with our school email but I had to use my school email to get the student discount. Does that mean I just have to keep paying twice (once straight to adobe and once to my lab fee for adobe for my school email) for adobe?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
