The creative cloud icon on the ribbon of my computer dose not show anything

Hello,

I need some help.

Firstly when I tried to open Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator already downloaded on my computer (downloaded last year) it would not let me open, saying the app was damaged and needed to be reinstalled.

I have moved the apps to the trash but can not seem to reinstall adobe cloud.

The adobe cloud icon on the ribbon of my computer when clicked is blank?

I am able to sign into my adobe account and when i download photoshop it says it is downloading but I can't see to where? Also why am I only given the trial version downloads?

I also had account issues and I think my monthly payment didn't go through, I fixed the account issues and it says it will take up to 24 hours to be approved?

Is this a reason i am having problems or is there something I am missing?
