Trying to Install Apps off Creative Cloud but always stops due to "installation error"

I bought the monthly plan so I would be able to have full access to the InDesign program for classes and personal projects. But every time I attempt to download InDesign or any program, it only progresses to maybe 5% and then says there is an installation error. I have a MacBook Air if that helps.
