tuck with Error Code 62 — Can't install anything — need real human help, not templates 😢

I really need help from a real person.

I've been trying to install Photoshop, Creative Cloud, and other Adobe apps for hours now, but I keep getting the same error: Error code 62.
I've tried everything I could find — the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, admin mode, restarting, deleting leftover folders… Nothing works. And I can't find any official explanation of this error anywhere.

This isn't a case of "try restarting your PC" — I’ve already done all the basic steps. Please, if someone truly understands how this system works and can look deeper, I would be so grateful.

I just bought the subscription today, and I can’t even begin to use what I paid for. I’m honestly exhausted and frustrated.

Please don’t send me a template answer or a generic article. I need real help from someone who’s faced this or knows what’s going on.

Also, I’m not a native English speaker — I’m using ChatGPT to help me write this post, so I apologize for any awkward wording.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after just paying for the subscription. Error 62 with Adobe is a nightmare and usually not something basic fixes solve. I hope someone here who’s actually dealt with this can jump in with a real, practical solution you deserve proper help, not copy-paste replies.

Hello,
I think I've found a way.

Changed the owner of the Program files/Program Files(x86)/Appdata folder within C drive to administrators.
You have granted all modification rights to all users.

It's been resolved.

La utilidad de configuración de Adobe instalada está dañada.

Error de inicialización de la base de datos de SQLite de PIM.

Cambie el nombre de la carpeta PDApp en el equipo cliente y luego pruebe a instalar el paquete.

василь, I see that you just started a new CC Individual membership, but Error 62 typically occurs because of a problem with an Adobe application's deployment package failing. Are you trying to install the software on a computer or network managed by your educational institution? For more information on Error 62, see https://adobe.ly/3YJ8krZ. ^JW

On which step of the installation process do you get the error?

Please post the exact error message word-by-word.

What you're detailed system specifications (CPU, RAM, graphic device)?

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.
