Still unpossible. Not professional at all from Adobe. Was expecting that my monthly fees would include a better service and reactivity.

if so, the release date is may 2021.  it is currently may 2021.

 

normally, it takes 1 to 2 weeks from an update release date for update to roll out to all the servers.  if it's been more than 1 month, there's usually a compatibility problem with your computer.
