update photoshop elements 2023 v24.1

Question

Dear all,

I have problems updating Photoshop Elements 2023 (version 24.1) directly in the program via Help - Update - I always get the following error message: "Updates have been disabled for this computer. Contact the administrator". Does anyone have a tip as to why it doesn't work directly from the program? I'm the administrator, but I have no idea where I have to change something here...

Photoshop Elements 2023 is actually version 21

The latest update for Photoshop Elements 2023 is 2023.1 as listed here, so check if you already have the update:

What operating system are you using?
