I downloaded cc last week, most of the apps are showing 2017, few of 2015.  How could i update to 2019, especially animate cc 2017 to 2019. I tried to update from creative cloud dashboard; it says 'no updates'

By default Creative Cloud application will automatically detect the latest version supported by your system and install it. If you want to install other versions then follow the instructions listed in the link below

Install previous version of your Creative Cloud app

Yes you can install multiple versions of the software on 2 machines but can use it only on a single machine at a time.

@Max.miranda  (skip to the prodesigntools.com section)

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

2. for versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesigntools.com*.

3. for versions newer than cc 2019 but older than one previous version, contact adobe support for links.**

* most (but not all) adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

** there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam,

Check if your system meets the requirements for updating to the version that you wish. For animate look at the following link

Thanks for support.

I am using Intel HD graphics open GL 2.9. It seems the problem. I am about to purchase a new system having Nvidea 2gb GPU with open GL support 4.5, can i run two instances of adobe cc like - 2019 on new system and 2017 on current system. Also do i have to specify which version i need to install on new system or Adobe does it automatically by installing the latest supported system?
