Updates Get Stuck

Hello,

Whenever I try to update the download bar goes to a certain level and stops there. There is no crash report or anything. Just waits there. To get the 2020 versions I deleted all things related to adobe then used adobe cleaner then used CCleaner then I downloaded it through direct download. The issue now is that there is a PS update and it happened again. It is stuck at 63%. I tried everything including secure network disabling firewalls trying different networks. My question is do I have to delete everything every time there is an update. I tried live support and give them access to my computer and even they couldn't do anything.

If there is no solution for this why am I even paying for? They doubled the cost of MC aswell.

I have been having this exact issue and have a post about it. Still no help with this problem from Adobe. It is EXTREMELY frustrating. Hope this issue is fixed soon, not happy with Adobe.

I have been fighting this update hanging issue for InDesign 2020 CC for around 5 days now.  Other updates in my CC environment eventually updated successfully without having to do any additional software removal or installation.  However, InDesign has consistently hung at 36%-37%.  I have not found any solutions online for this.  Hopefully, I can use InDesign without the update and just come back when Adobe figures out their issue.
