Updating One App Starts Update of All Apps

Just posting this so Adobe is aware of the error.

When I tried to update just Lightroom Classic on Windows 10 Creative Cloud, it attempted to update all the Adobe apps installed on my computer. This is a little unerving because I never update apps right as major updates come out, because there is almost always bugs. About a year ago I updated premiere right away and ended up not being able to deliver to two clients on time, because of the major errors the software had. Please fix this so that it will only update one app when I click the single app update button.
