After speaking with Adobe via the Chat system I was told that my macOS version is too old to run PS and LRC.

Well, I am!

PS: 21.2.5

LRC: 9.4

What I wanted to check is that these are the latest verions that my macOS can support.

Any information would be gratefuly recieved.

Thanks,

Simon

Latest Photoshop is version 24.4 released April, 2023.

Adobe expects all users to have the latest OS & apps, no more than 2 versions back.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to support current versions. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), or macOS 11 (Big Sur).

Hope that helps.

Okay, found this thread after posting:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/creative-cloud-had-to-deinstall-ps-but-cannot-download-a-version-running-on-high-sierra-10-13-6/td-p/13554240

However, think I am just going to stick to the verions I am using as they work.

As long as they work... 🙂 There is no need to change, if the features needed are there. However, Photoshop and Lightroom made huge improvements lately, so I would check getting new hardware soon.
