After more digging, I found my answer which is Flash or Macromedia Flash. Thanks all.

My IT department is evaluating every technology our company uses and asked me what 'platform' the Creative Could runs on and the answer I found was 'Flash.'

We can easily assume that the cloud platform runs on state of the art hardware and software. Otherwise you may guess some of it when looking at the host names. But most important of all: as John T Smith ​correctly assumes, the Adobe side of the cloud platform is simply irrelevant to the user...
