I literally cant install in one directory it always shares files with the main drive which is just lazy coding. @Austin30053971edds

your post here https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/install-adobe-creative-cloud-on-a-drive-that-s-not-c/m-p/14075825#M574775 indicates you want to install the cc desktop app on a non-os system drive.  as pointed out there, that's not possible and rather than post messages in various threads where they won't help promote change, use the links below to make your suggestion

for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html

    for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

The manager program must go on your boot drive... read below for programs

    Install on non-boot drive https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/moving-ps-and-lr-classic-from-internal-hd-to-an-external-hd/td-p/10945231

you can use an internal non-root folder for adobe apps.  the cc desktop app must be installed on your os drive.
