Hi,

At the beginning of this week (13/11-14/11/2022) me and my team members received an email that our Creative Cloud account was no longer accessable. We all have a creative cloud entreprise license that was not stopped.
Despite we received this message, we can access our creative cloud all apps but...

  • shared files folder = empty
  • notifications history = empty
  • sharing new files = only accessable via link in the email, nothing is visible in the Creative cloud app or on the creative cloud web

What has happend with our accounts, they seemed to have been 'reset' and not being able to share files in a proper way is realy blocking our colab way of working. Is this a known issue?

We mainly work in Adobe XD and I saw there was an update > bugs to fix?

Talk to your account administrator and eventually establish a connection with support via the admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support (you need to be an administrator to do that). There is a great chance that "someone" (an admin) has deleted you from your Teams or Enterprise plan. The e-mail is typical for what is sent out, when an administrator revokes your licence. I have, however, no idea why you have still access to the programs.

I will ask them again but they also looked suprised when I first talked to them about this...
But what about the main consequence: not able anymore share files in a proper way via Creative cloud ? And previous shared files are no longer shared...?

This what I see when I want to reshare files... They do not appear in 'shared with you' but are shared...
