Adobe Acrobat Pro showing red circle bottom left "Subscription has expired"?

I have multiple clients saying their software has a big red Subsription has expired button down the bottom left of the software.

Billing has been taken, and no issues reported in the main admin login.

Can anyone help or advise if an issue Adobe's end?

Hi,

The investigating teams have identified and put a fix in place.

Users will need to sign out, restart Acrobat and then sign in again.

Can you please test at your end. Do let me know if that solves it for your users.

Thanks. And again, really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Worked for me:

  • sign out --> Acrobat Pro DC closes on its own
  • restart program

Side effect: list of last used files seems to vanish.

Now we inform our users to do the same procedure, but that's 'meh'...

Sorry for the inconvenience. We've alerted the  right teams and they are already investigating. There is a minor issue reported on status.adobe.com a little while ago, which may be causing this issue. I'll update this thread as I learn more.

Any update on this we have a large number of users with this problem, by the way your webchat and support lines are an absolute joke guys, on hold for over hour and just sitting wating on someone to pick up a webchat

I got an answer from the support:

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing technical issues. Adobe is aware of the problem and is currently working to rectify this issue as quickly as possible.
