Adobe Acrobat Pro showing red circle bottom left "Subscription has expired"?

I have multiple clients saying their software has a big red Subsription has expired button down the bottom left of the software. 

Billing has been taken, and no issues reported in the main admin login. 

Can anyone help or advise if an issue Adobe's end?

Hi,

The investigating teams have identified and put a fix in place.

Users will need to sign out, restart Acrobat and then sign in again. 

 

Can you please test at your end. Do let me know if that solves it for your users.

We have the same problem here and the chatbot doesn't help. Seems to be on the Acrobat end. On the Accounts Management page everything seems normal and all subscriptions paid for.

We are too.  Tried calling and getting onto chat but no one is available.  It was all working fine yesterday.
