Hello, so my school in the United States has purchased all Adobe apps for all of it's students. We use Windows 10 and log into our domain specific account, and all Adobe apps are available to use. However, I have an issue. It shows that the app is the Pro version but no Adobe id is signed in, so whenever I do work it does not get saved unless I finish it right then and there. I tried to use my school's gmail that they provided for me to register for Adobe id, but when I logged in, it said that there is no purchases on my account. So how do I get the Adobe Apps I am supposed to have? I can provide proof that my school has purchased them.

Hi there,

You need to contact the Creative Cloud Admin of your school to get help.

To know how to contact the admin see: How can end-users contact their Admins for issues or support.

In Creative Cloud for Enterprise, an administrator assigns users to the products and then those users can download and install the apps, for more information see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/manage-products-and-profiles.html.
