How can end-users contact their Admins for issues or support

An administrator is a person in your organization or team, who manages access to Adobe products and services. If you use Adobe products and services through your organization, school, or team, you must have an administrator.

Your Adobe Account page allows you to view a note that your administrator has set up for you. This note helps you get assistance when you encounter issues or require support.

 

If your organization has set this up, you can find information about whom to contact using your account page.

However, if your organization hasn't configured this setting, the "Contact administrator" option won't display to you at all. In that case, I'd suggest that you try contacting your internal IT department or help desk. For more details, see View notes to contact your administrator.

 

PS: Do tell your IT admins about this useful feature and ask them to set up notes for end users, if they haven't already 🙂

This contact info will only show up if this has been configured by your organization. 

If you cant see this information I would recommend contacting the IT department or help desk of your organization to get details of the admin to get support.
