AUSST Clients fail to download.

Hello Colleagues,

I have set up an AUSST Server on a Windows 2016 Machine with IIS.

The AUSST is successfully installed and synchronized. The Client Configuration is done and placed on the clients. I can access the Update Path over the Clients Browser.

When the Windows 10 Client connects to the Update Server, I get a list of the missing updates and he starts to download them.

However, the download does not complete and the Creative Cloud Desktop Tools switches from online to offline.

In the end the download failed, sometimes I can see the error code 118.

Hello,

The below link might be able to help you in troubleshooting the issue:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/possible-solution-to-network-error-113-118/td-p/8445385

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error118

I would recommend checking the settings again: https://helpx.adobe.com/gr_en/enterprise/using/setup-ausst.ug.html

Also would like to inform you that AUSST does not update the creative cloud desktop. You have to create a package from the admin console to update it to get the latest version.
