Can't Update PS and AI

Question

Hello,

I cannot update Photoshop and Illustrator using Creative Cloud Desktop.

Dreamweaver, InDesign, Audition & Incopy were updated, while PS and AI abort with error 403.

When uninstalling PS and AI, they can't be reinstalled either - error 403.

No firewall & no proxy in between. All solutions offered by Adobe do not work....

The problem is solved without any change being made on our end. Strange....See also here in the Adobe Community.

It will be great help if you could share the screenshot of the error you are getting in updating the application. Also, confirm if you are using AUSST/RUM to update the apps or trying within the creative cloud desktop app.
