Cannot reach account manager please help

My account manager does not respond anymore. How can I reach them? I just want to renew our annual license...

    do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

    Its on our company name, so it's an enterprise subscription

    the name used doesn't make a difference in the subscription type.  but if you have an enterprise subscription:

     

    open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
