Hi all here,

With our internal AUSST (Adobe Update Server Setup Tool) we have issues since few weeks. We can't download update with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from our AUSST, we have this error:

Exit Code: 125

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

FATAL: Fatal Error '125' occurred while download

FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 125 error message {http://winausstprod1//ACC/services/ffc/packages//ACR/11.3/win32/Application.json?name=ACR&version=11.3&platform=win32&build=11.3.0.76,P:-4,PS:404,G:-4}

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(i.e. winausstprod1 is our internal AUSST server)

On our AUSST, we have made free space, resync with --fresh, but it doesn't solve this issue. On our LAN, no rules/firewall/proxies between our dekstop and server.

This AUSST work well since almost one year now, and we don't understand what is broken now.

How can I troubleshooting this issue?

Thanks!

    Hi all, hi Bani_Verma,

    Thanks for link.

    We have, after many tries, succeded to make new

    AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root="D:\ausst\" --fresh

    (instead of --incremental), according troubleshooting section of AUSST documentation.

    And, that's work again

    Thanks for answers and regards.
