I looked at your account and noticed that none of the 45 Shared Device Licenses appear to be in use at the moment. That said, I also saw that all licenses under the Creative Cloud Enterprise VIPMP Students plan are used. Preloaded OEM packages or system images may sometimes include Adobe installation remnants even on fresh installs. A few other things you can try: · Press Win + R, type %temp%, and delete all files to remove leftover installation data. · Reset the hosts file, which may block activation or installation · It could be that the firewall or proxy settings are interfering. Hi @Elias28988559ddpt, If you are looking to automatically deploy Reader across multiple devices, you can use the unified installer, which allows both users and enterprise administrators to install and manage Acrobat. You can disable mandatory sign-in through the registry key or the Customization Wizard. When sign-in is disabled, the product functions as Acrobat for users with a paid subscription and as Reader for users who are signed out, enabling both behaviors within a single installation. Hi @adam_9324, I have reviewed your account associated with the Adobe ID you used to post here and found that you have an All apps and Express subscription from your school and a Creative Cloud Pro personal subscription registered on it. You are being charged for the individual subscription. To check your plans, go to the https://adobe.ly/468FF3R page. You should see the Creative Cloud Pro subscription there. Thank you for sharing an update. i have checked internally and there was bug that caused this to happen which is now resolved and the recommendation is to ask the users to sign out and sign back in and they shouldnt see the error message after that. If they are cancelling the subscription and you wish to still use Adobe apps for learning, then the other option is to purchase a subscription for yourself; see: https://adobe.ly/474PTTR.
