File Sync & Libraries Sync Error: Could not enable sync

Hi there,

I'm getting a file sync error. I've looked online and tried this workaround:

1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application.

2. In Terminal, copy and paste this command:

rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix

3. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop application and start syncing.

I get this response in Terminal:

No such file or directory

Also tried this one: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/fix-sync-issues-macos.html

Neither has fixed the issue.

Should I just create a folder called CoreSync in the above Adobe directory?

Any help much appreciated,

Kim
