how to cancel subscription

i have been trying to cancel my subscription and can not get in contact with anyone this is so frustrating i keep getting charged and i don’t even use it

I see you have an individual Creative Cloud subscription linked to your account. Is that the one you are looking to cancel?

yes, just cancel anything that i am being charged on, i am getting charged 24.99$ every month or i will have to contact my bank.

i am not sure why i have 2 account with different emails but cancel whichever i have a subscription with.

Thank you for the details, and we understand how stressful it is to keep seeing a monthly charge for a plan you are not using.

We can see an individual Creative Cloud plan on the Adobe ID you used to post here, so please sign in with that account and follow these steps to cancel it:

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans
Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
Select Cancel your plan.
Review your plan’s details, then select Continue to cancel.

If you don’t see the Cancel your plan option, it isn’t available while we are processing a payment or if there is a problem with the payment. Please try again after 24 hours.
