Monotor Adobe program usage

Hi in my organization the amount of adobe programs is slowly on the rise and so is the amount we play for license’s. Is there a way or a tool to monitor how much or how often the employees open or use the license/program given to them?

When asked employees often say they need a program but sometimes when a license is switched around, they never come back to ask for access to the programs again or there can be month in between. I would like something to help me determine the correct number of licenses for my organization.

    Hello,

    unfortunately there is currently no such feature available from the Adobe Admin Console. We are looking to implement some form of monitoring in the future, but at present this is not possible.

    You could use an asset management system such as Munki or Microsoft SCCM to see which applications are installed on users' workstations and when each was last executed - this could be used to determine how often each application is used.

      Thank you for the answer. As we are rolling out windows with sccm I will look into seeing when programs was last excecuted. Thank you for taking the time to answer. I do hope in the future thou adobe will roll out some form of monitoring/statistics.
