No way to remove lisences or contact Adobe

Hi, my renewal period is up and payment is processed, but there's no way to remove lisences or to contact support - links to it loop endlessly withtout any actual contact channel. Is this an intentional scam or imcompetence?

Hi @akokkone,

Are you an individual subscriber or an enterprise or teams subscriber? If you are an enterprise client you most porbably will have to contact your adminstrator for the issues you are facing. In order to find who your admin is have a look at the following article

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

For the other case you may contact Adobe. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below, it will automatically open a chat popup(it takes sometime time to appear so be patient). Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
Also, be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

Thanks. I was not able to open the chat, but after my call was dropped three times I was finally able to get help from two phone agents. I guess Adobe intentionally tries to prevent clients from unsuscribing, but this really creates a huge fear of ever suscribing ever again, so maybe not the best possible marketing move.
