RemoteUpdateManager 2.0.0.15 failing on 2 workstations repeatedly

Hello,

I recently deployed a script in our environment that successfully update Adobe apps on 45 workstations using RemoteUpdateManager.

I've found that two of our stations are failing the update repeatedly. I've attached the relevant lines from RemoteUpdateManager.log below.

So far, I've tried running RUM manually and reinstalling a package that installs only RemoteUpdateManager.

Hi Rohit,

I don't know why I would need an override. I'm trying to get the updates directly from Adobe, not from an AUSST server. I'm not using AUSST anymore because I had other issues with it.

Can you please make sure you have overrides files deployed on these two machines.

If they are, please share the override file from one of these issue machines.

I don't have an override on these computers and the RUM log seems to confirm.

You need to deploy the overrides file on both these machines, only then you will be able to update your apps.
