The logs show Fatal error 46, which indicates that the installer was unable to access a critical file or directory required for installation. This could be due to restrictions from Security Tools or antivirus.

You can also try the same package on a different machine, which is not managed by the org/no policy.

Problem solved: I created a new admin account in Windows, and managed to install cc with it.

are you the admin of a teams or enterprise subscription?

 

did you restart your computer and then try installing?

Yes I am the admin and a tried restarting the computer too.
