Question

Unable to Purchase Multiple Adobe Creative Cloud Pro Accounts from Bangladesh – Payment Keeps Failing

Hello Adobe Community,

I am from Bangladesh and I am trying to purchase 15–20 Adobe Creative Cloud Pro accounts for different clients. However, I am facing persistent payment failures and I am unable to complete the transactions. I am hoping someone from the community or an Adobe staff member can guide me toward a proper solution.

PAYMENT METHODS I HAVE TRIED

Here is a summary of everything I have attempted so far:

• BRAC Bank PLC Debit Card (Bangladesh) → Failed
• Payoneer Mastercard Physical Card → Failed
• Redot Pay Virtual Card → Failed
• BRAC Bank PLC Credit Card (via a family member's Adobe account) → 1st account succeeded, 2nd account failed with error
• Eastern Bank PLC Credit Card (via a friend's Adobe account) → Succeeded

I have attached screenshots of the error messages for reference.

MY QUESTIONS

1. Why is Adobe's payment system blocking multiple sequential purchases from Bangladesh, even when using different cards and accounts?

2. Is there an approved method for purchasing 15–20 accounts in bulk from Bangladesh without facing these payment blocks?

3. Is it possible to get an invoice-based or Purchase Order (PO) payment arrangement through Adobe's Sales team for bulk purchases?

4. Is there an official Adobe reseller in Bangladesh who can handle this volume?

5. Does Adobe offer a 3-year committed plan or multi-year contract for 15 seats of Creative Cloud Pro? If so, what is the pricing for customers in Bangladesh?

IMPORTANT NOTE

I want to make it absolutely clear that I am a legitimate business buyer with no intention of violating any Adobe terms of service or purchasing policies. These accounts are required for verified client projects.

Any guidance from the community or Adobe staff would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi @bikiran,

Thank you for taking the time to lay out everything you have tried so far, and we understand how frustrating repeated payment failures can be when you are trying to set your clients up properly.

What you are describing, purchasing 15 to 20 Creative Cloud Pro licenses for different clients, is exactly the kind of scenario our Creative Cloud for teams plan and our reseller channel are designed for, rather than buying multiple individual subscriptions one after another from the adobe.com storefront.

Here is how we would recommend approaching this:

1. Purchase through Creative Cloud for teams via an Adobe Authorised Reseller in Bangladesh.

For volume purchases of this size, the supported path is our Value Incentive Plan (VIP), which is managed through an Adobe Authorised Reseller or via Adobe telesales. Resellers in your region can process bulk orders, accept local payment methods and invoicing arrangements that may not be available on the global adobe.com storefront, and set you up with a single Admin Console where you can assign and reassign licenses to your clients as needed. Reference: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.html

You can find Adobe Authorised Resellers covering Bangladesh through our official Partner Directory here: https://partners.adobe.com/s/directory/channel

2. Volume discount through VIP Select.

Once you reach 10 or more licenses on a VIP account, you qualify for VIP Select, which provides additional volume discounting. Your reseller or Adobe sales representative can confirm the exact pricing for your account once you reach out.

3. Multi-year and committed agreements.

Multi-year agreements with predictable pricing are available for business customers, and the right structure (VIP three-year commit, or an enterprise agreement) depends on the number of seats, the term, and your billing preferences. These cannot be quoted from a public page, so the correct next step is to speak to our Sales team or an Authorised Reseller who can put a formal quote together for Bangladesh.

4. Speaking to Adobe Sales directly.

If you would like to engage Adobe Sales directly for Creative Cloud for teams, you can request a callback or submit your details here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams.html (use the "Contact sales" option on the page).

Regarding the individual payment attempts on the adobe.com storefront, we would not recommend continuing to retry across multiple cards and accounts, as repeated failed attempts can cause additional friction on subsequent transactions. The reseller or VIP route above is the cleaner path for an order of this size.

Please let us know if you have more questions, and we are happy to assist further.

Thanks,

^BS
