Page numbering: first page in the second document has the same number of the last page of the first

The first page of a book second document in the book list has the same number of the last page of the previous

Hi Richard:

I would start by right-clicking the second document in the book window > Numbering to make sure that the Page properties is set to Continue Numbering from Previous Page in Book, and then update the book.
