What is the best product from ADOBE to create a semicircular chart, with divisions around the chart, and to be able to insert text.....I can't get an answer directly from ADOBE

Generally speaking you can use Illustrator to create a pie chart. Then you can edit the values as needed to delete any parts that you might want to. As has been stated by others, you really need to post an image of what you want for us to give you further guidance.

I tried to send an image but either it was not accepted or something else. Not sure.

I have an exact example of a chart I want to create, but dont know how to send this

following the correct guidelines of the community or whatever else is required. Therefore,

caanot get an answer to what should be a simple question. Thank you.

You could create a pie chart

input a dummy variable and a knockout shape of small white circle to make a semicircle

then mask out bottom half

You cannot produce this as a preconfigured diagram, but maybe it can be drawn otherwise.
