Crash Issue with CC 2019

I was able to use illustrator on my computer yesterday just fine. Suddenly today when opening the program it will crash within 20 seconds of being open. I do not know what the issue is bc i dont mess with settings. I have sent in about 4 crash reports with no response

I tried it on both my imac and my macbook, they both crash. They only make it to the previous work screen. I think there may be an issue at Adobe or something because my coworker is also experiencing the same thing. Its not with other products however, just Illustrator. All my other stuff works just fine. I also tried to reinstall the 2019 and 2018 versions and it still crashed multiple times.

Yes, I have opened Illustrator across multiple machines, all suddenly crashing. So I will be patient.

I have the same issue.

Windows 7 Pro with Service Pack 1 and updates

Illustrator 23.01

[Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled using CC, and was still unable to open the program]

[Second Update: I was able to start the program if I was not connected to our server/the Internet]

Same here! It happened all of a sudden 30 mins ago and tried uninstall and install but nothing helps!! Using macOS Sierra....

Same here. Sent a crash report with no response. Literally can't do any work, even though all was fine not only 30 minutes ago. Now it won't stay open more than ten seconds.

Working with most recent version of Illustrator on MacOS High Sierra V 10.13.6 (I plan to upgrade to Mojave today)

45 minutes, they are collecting information, as they are aware of issue but don't have a solution, yet

Same problem and timing as everyone else. No updates since it started crashing both Illustrator and Indesign.

A response would be nice that doesn't ask me if I have tried turning it on and off again.

**Tried downgrading to 23.0.0 and still experienced crash. Not deleting my custom setup preferences or any of that, that would be a bigger headache.

With so many people reporting this issue, it has got to be Adobe's problem. Has anyone been able to get through to support? ANY answer would be helpful. I'm missing deadlines here!
