Error not using Adobe Illustrator on Windows 7 without internet environment

Currently I am facing a case of using Adobe Illustrator version 24.3 for Windows 7 to use normally when connecting to the internet, but when using Offline mode, it suddenly automatically turns off the application or displays image information. below and get out.
Please see help and support about this case
