Failed to initilize the license abstraction Layer. Illustrator CC V22.1

Hello
I have a problem with a laptop in my design area, yesterday suddenly when you start illustrator a window appears that shows this error message. "Failed to initialize the license abstraction layer." The licensing service is not installed "as additional data the computer has installed EsKo local License due to ArtiosCAD 16, also Desk Pack 15. Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64 bits, is it possible to help me with this message ? When selecting Ok the window closes together with Illustrator.

Looks like an Esko licensing problem.

Did you try to contact them?

Does the same thing happen if you sign into your creative cloud account?

Hi

To install Illustrator again, I had to log in to Creative Cloud, the error was repeated every time I tried to access Illustrator while still logging in.

Have you tried to purge preferences and reinstall illustrator?

Hi Erick

Yes, I already tried to reinstall Illustrator CC and purge the preferences, without success. For me it is not easy to install the entire operating system again, I hope there is a solution. I also have Photoshop CC installed, in this application there are no problems.
