[Help fix] Right click problem in illustrator

Hello everyone!

I am facing a rather inconvenient situation in illustrator. Hope everybody help please!

When right-clicking, the function panel appears in the lower left corner of the screen. How to fix this function table to return to the mouse pointer position.
