how to draw like this in illustrator

just like the form in the picture, and they are evenly separated between each rectangle, and between the rectangle there is also a form like the second picture. I am just woindering how can i draw a form like this, can anyone help me?

You need to figure out the center point. And then, based on some assumpions built it. You might need to go back and forth, because your assumptions do not match. Turn on smart guides
