Illustrator 無法使用拖曳複製

Question

使用illustrator 近20年，從來沒有碰過這樣的問題

Illustrator 無法使用拖曳複製 (物件+Alt) 有顯示+號，但沒有複製成功

偏好設定也還原出廠設定，也懷疑過是電腦/鍵盤/問題，但是在Photoshop / indesign 都沒有這樣的問題....

Thanks for getting back! Since the issue persists even in Safe Mode but works when the double arrow appears before clicking, could you share a short screen recording demonstrating the problem? That would help me understand the behavior better and check for any possible solutions. Looking forward to your update!

I have solved the problem.
The problem comes from the keyboard settings in WINDOWS.

Hi @爾瑩388648929a5k,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm which version of Illustrator and Windows OS you’re using? Also, does this happen with all files or just a specific one? Try creating a new file and see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, test Illustrator in Safe Mode to rule out any system conflicts: Start Windows in Safe Mode.
