Illustrator ellipse tool forming a vortex??

Hi, I'm using adobe illustrator 2018 up to date. All i want to do is make a simple circle/oval using the ellipse tool but every time, it forms a "vortex" pattern.. I must have clicked something and change the program.

It's probably that naughty GPU not playing nice with your graphics card

Change it under View, or turn it off via the little rocket symbol at the top

Or shut some other programs down...

Like Omar has suggested it looks like you are hitting (or is stuck) the tilde key..? Similar post here...

Can you give more details or explanation about the problem please?!
you want to make a circle or oval object you can use the ellipse tool; with shift button it gives you a circle but with out pressing any button it can be elliptical not circle.

and if you don't need to repeat it as shown in you image, Don't click the (~) button when drawing your circle.
