[Performance] Unable to open PDF - Unknown Error

Can you open it in Acrobat?

If you can, save as to eps, open eps in Illy...

If you can't, go back to AutoCad and export in a different way, there's something not quite right with how it's saving to pdf if you can't open it in Acrobat...

Illustrator is not a general purpose PDF editor and PDF was never meant to be edited. Your best bet is to send the file to that address.
