Unable to see version history of a Cloud Document in illustrator

Hi

 

I would like to go back to a file I worked on several days ago and I think it was a default function, but the history window is empty...

Sorry about the trouble you are facing. I would like to know if the steps suggested above by @Ton Frederiks worked for you? If not, I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • Exact OS & version of Illustrator
  • Is the issue related to a specific cloud document?
  • Does sign out and sign in from Illustrator helps to resolve the issue?

You can try to go back using the web interface.

In the CC app go to Your work > Cloud documents.

Select the file and click the 3 dots to select > View on web

When the web interface opens, click the timeline icon to select an older version.
